Watch Skhizien, a beautifully illustrated 13 minute french short film directed by Jeremy Clapin. I know that in internet terms 13 minutes may seem long – but seriously, just watch it. I love the look of this short film which seems to be a mix of 2d, 3d, and practical elements, and yet it is all under a unified well thought out look and visual style. Although the premise of Skhizien is much more serious under the surface, I do like the idea of being displaced 91 centimetres from yourself.
