bad tv pixel bender plugin

I am pretty big on PixelBender, which is why I am posting this Bad TV effect plugin available at AEscripts. It is kind of neat indeed… Is it worth $20.00? Well that is debatable, if you need a bad TV effect specifically, well then sure.  Heavens know that previous bad tv type effects are super slow tp render in AE, and this being pixel bender, technically it will work in any adobe product including flash.
