Alchemy updates the beta to 008. This little app for windows, linux and mac is tons of fun. The Alchemy drawing canvas has an intentionally reduced level of functionality to really promote experimentation so it does take a while to get used to having no undo, no selecting, and no editing. All the interaction focuses instead on the output of a great number of good, bad, strange and beautiful shapes. The interface is incredibly simple and quick to pick up, rather brilliant actually. I suggest you give it a whirl, its pretty solid as far as beta’s go.
