photoshop cs5 3d extrusion

Mike McHugh from Adobe Pacific shows off Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended has got some great additions to its 3D capabilities. Learn how to extrude some text and get it to integrate into a photograph by casting a shadow over the background.

This is a pretty straight forward tutorial with a technique that can get 3D going really quick and fairly efficiently I must say… however, I am really on the fence about Adobe’s additions into the 3D toolset in Photoshop and even in After Effects… lets leave it at that for now.
