Jamie Hamel-Smith posts another quick tip for cinema 4D showing how you are able to apply Textures quickly to NURBS objects in Cinema 4D That Have Caps and Rounding applied. In this example Jamie shows how you are able to make selections easily on text that has rounding and caps in preparation for texturing.

This tip focuses on the hidden polygon selections that exist on most of Cinema 4D’s NURBS objects, even the MoGraph Text object

Jamie provides some useful information as to how Cinema 4D can manage selections for editable polygons and shows how this can be applied to NURBS shapes in Cinema allowing you to create materials and textures for the different components of 3D text easily.
