New from the people that brought you ReelSmart Motion Blur and Twixtor, RE:Vision Effects announces a new offering in DE:Flicker which is set to rectify the artifacts, flicker, and lighting changes that occur when shooting high frame rate (slow motion) or time-lapse footage, or even sequential photographs.

DE:Flicker is designed to smooth out those annoying flicker and artifacts when shooting high frame rate or timelapse video

DE:Flicker “smooths” out lighting changes and flicker on multiple objects, even when those objects flicker at different rates, giving you a smooth and even overall effect. From the sample video, DE:Flicker is ridiculously good at its job at handling the problem exposure and color shift and any other camera and lighting inconsistencies that may occur from frame to frame.

DE:Flicker comes as a set of three distinct plugins for After Effects, each designed for a specific task. One deals with the problems found in high frame rate shooting, the other in time-lapse photography, and the last one will analyze and stabilize the color and luminance levels of your footage.

DE:Flicker is on for a special price until January 31, 2014 for $199.95, which is regularly set at $249.95. DE:Flicker works on any system running After Effects CS5, CS5.5 CS6 and CC, including versions activated by Adobe Cloud.
