Motion Designer Shinsuke Matsumoto offers a sneak look at an After Effects script he is creating. Pistonize will soon be available soon, allowing you to automate the rigging of piston or actuator motion in Ae.
The Pistonize Ae script is incredibly simple. All you need to do is create your elements and select them in the proper order, and hit the button. The Pistonize Ae script will rig the elements up and provide two simple controls that will make animation of the setup really easy.
