Born amidst a pile of war debris in Bountiful, Utah, two mutant monsters, Lee and Liu are the only lifeforms that manage to survive extinction after the alien invasion in late 2025. As they grow into their present monster form during the post-war period, the monsters never discover their ancestry and are self-raised amongst human consumable debris, including computers, game consoles, films and other gadgets. Lee and Liu are believed to be alien mutants but the facts are still unknown.
They soon become squatters in a grungy-looking apartment that is packed with leftovers of fast food and antique technology. Their only form of entertainment is an old video game which they play all day long against other. The game never really ends.
As the situation reaches fever pitch, Lee and Liu drop their game controls and resort to an escalating series of physical violent martial art moves that become highly aggressive at their peak.
