iDEA worked with The Glamorgan-Gwent Archeological Trust to bring the Former Ynysfach Ironworks at Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales to life within the following virtual 3D reconstruction.
Using historical evidence and detailed information gathered by the Trust during an excavation of the site, the iDEA team built an animation to show the scale and industry of the Ironworks, depicting the pioneering Welsh Process of refining cast iron during the early 19th Century.
