Algorithmic introduces Substance Source, an ever-growing physically based material library. Substance Source library of content includes a wide variety of content. From procedural substance materials, hand painted materials, to physically based scans.
The library allows you to generate any number of variations from a single .sbsar file. Offering a range of texturing workflows, from PBR, metallic, roughness specular and gloss.
The Substance Library lets you use the substance material anywhere or export the textures to any game engine or renderer.
The plan is for Algorithmic to grow out the library continually, with new assets. If you are a Substance Live subscriber, then the new Source library is included with your monthly plan.
