Today we’ll do a quick overview of how to change the speed of your footage and get the best results. We’ll start in Premiere and then using Dynamic Link, we’ll jump over to After Effects to look at our options there.

Going over a shot from his last project, Kevin emphasizes the workflow for creating time remapped footage using the Dynamic Link capabilities between Premiere and After Effects where After Effects can do a bit of a better job with the remapping than Premier can.
