Creative Workflow for Morphing Between Objects in Cinema 4D

Ever wondered how to easily animate morphing between objects in Cinema 4D? There are probably a few solutions for this, but EJ Hassenfratz posts a look behind his unique workflow used for animating transitions from one shape to another.

record object states and then simply animate the morph by keyframing sliders

Using a 2D illustrative camera representations in Cinema 4D,  EJ shows how you can easily create a morph transition between them by employing the Pose Morph tag.

Typically this is something that is used in character animation, but here EJ uses it to record object states and use them to animate the morphing action by keying the sliders. There are some handy tips here for adding some of the principles of animation with an overshoot and bounce effect. Check out the tutorial for Morphing Objects in Cinema 4D here.
