While working with Cloth simulation parameters in Maya, JP Felipe found himself constantly navigating to different areas of the Maya interface, that is until he created kmCloth GUI which places all the most commonly used commands for Cloth TDs and Cloth Artists in a simplified interface, all in one handy place.

A GUI for Maya cloth artists that allow them to streamline their workflow by placing all commonly used commands in a simplified GUI – no more menu searching!

km Cloth GUI also includes a few script that will create wind and gravity controllers and plugs those into the relevant Nucleus attributes so you don’t have to animate individual XYZ point vectors any longer. km Cloth GUI also includes a dynamic amplitude attribute that can scale and multiply settings.

JP Felipe has made kmCloth GUI for Maya available under the Creative Commons Share Alike Attribution and it is free for download. Check out the post for more info on kmCloth GUI for Maya Cloth TDs here.
