Thinkinetic has provided some preview of what will be up and coming in PullDownIt 2 in the past, and recently, they have released PullDownIt 2 for both Maya, and 3ds Max.

Pulldownit 2 comes with more shatter styles, easier little debris generation on fracture, improved UI and more

PullDownIt 2 features a more robust fracturing system which will allow you to create uniform, local, radial, path-based fractures as well as a wood splinter fracturing style.

Pulldownit! is a dynamics solver for Autodesk 3ds Max and Autdodesk Maya which allows for the creation of fractures as well as massive rigid bodies simulations.

PullDownIt 2 also features a new Jagginess deformer which allows you to modify the fragmented surface by converting flat geometry into rough faces and twisted edges, giving you a course and broken look for a much more realistic look for stone or concrete.

PullDownIt 2 single license is node-locked for one machine only is 395 € or roughly $500.00, which will allow for multiple processor rendering.
