Digital Sandwich’s Glen Faught provides a little trick for being able to show and hide objects by specific type in Cinema 4D. The Object Manager in Cinema 4D provides an overview of the entire scene, but if you are trying to find “all lights” as an example, it might be tedious to sift through the Object Manager and get them all.

The Object Manager has the search bar, which is very helpful, but what if you don’t know or remember the name of the object and want to search for it?

Here, Glen shows a trick for using an Object Manager Filter that will allow you to easily filter out different object types in Cinema 4D with just a couple of clicks. Glen also explains a little more with his post for Hiding Objects By Type Easily in cinema 4D here.
