Studio AAA (Art And Animation studio) have release FurryBall 4.7 which adds a host of new features including two new methods for HDRI map sampling. It was less than a month since the beta version of FurryBall 4.7 hit the streets.

FurryBall is a real time renderer based on the computer’s GPU, while still offering all the rendering features you may be accustom to when rendering on the CPU. The interesting thing about FurryBall is the fact that it can run production quality biased and unbiased renders. FurryBall has Maya and 3ds Max integration through plugin support for both those applications.

What’s New in FurryBall 4.7

FurryBall 4.7 hosts a ton of fixes and modifications, but predominantly, it adds two new methods for HDRI map sampling, new HDR image format support, a new Displacement map behavior. FurryBall now merges the free and regular licensed versions into one installation file, for easy installation.
