Gleb Alexandrov shows how you can quickly create and render a cityscape with blender, using the openStreeMap Addon that will provide the basis for the extrusion of the buildings. A quick UV mapping by projection will take care of the building texture, then Gleb shows how to set the scene up for render with lights, fog and render settings.
