César Vonc has been at it again, by creating a new and amazing tool for Cinema 4D. Dépliage 1.0 (Unfold) is a Python written deformer for Cinema 4D that will allow you to unfold polygons by progressively unwrapping with specific pathways.
The plugin is compatible with Cinema 4D R14 to R16 and can be purchased for around $23.00. There is also a demo version of Dépliage 1.0 that you can download and play with.
