In a short video, animator Brian Horgan shows why lip sync animations posted to Vimeo, all end up looking late. The issue is that uploading something on Vimeo adds an extra frame to the front of the clip. Once you understand what is happening, it is pretty simple to just shift the audio on the video you will upload, so that it ends up playing properly in the end. An irksome issue, but pretty simple to work around it.
