Allegorithmic has released Substance Designer 3 as per its schedule for an end of summer release, and also posts an interview / promo with the Technical Art Director at Creative TD, Kenny Lammers who briefly discusses Substance Designer 3 and the Texturing Workflow in comparison to using something like Photoshop.
