Quixel Introduces The Quixel SUITE Offering The Definitive Art Tool Bundle

If you feel that Quixel has been missing in action lately, it is because they have been. Quixel started with NDO and made a big splash in the texturing world with the release of DDO, and after a flurry of press releases and tutorials with those two products, all went quite.

It appears the “quite” was brought on by the Quixel team placing their heads down and getting to work on something bigger. That something is the new Quixel Suite, that is being labeled “the definitive art tool bundle”.

All Quixel tools reimagined. And expanded with something big

The Quixel Suite is a little more than all of the products and tools bundled together. NDO and DDO have been completely reimagined, offering a much faster texturing workflow. The suite will also provide a new physically based rendering tool 3DO. If that wasn’t enough, Quixel introduces Megascans as well. The worlds largest real world resource for surface scans. All of these comprise the Quixel Suite.

3DO is a light-weight model and material previewer directly fused with Photoshop, enabling you to review your work without needing to jump between applications. With a customizable physically based renderer, cinematic post processor and support for loading your own multi-material meshes, 3DO is the perfect texturing companion and comes bundled for free with NDO, DDO and MEGASCANS.
