Heres a quick tutorial on how to use Mocha for After Effects to stabilize shots. The expressions used in the tutorial are listed below :-
for Rotation:- rotation * -1
and for Scale :-
x = 10000/scale[0]; y = 10000/scale[1]; [ x, y ];
