Fabricio Chamon shares his Compound for Softimage ICE that simulates old and dusty objects by adding Strands of Cobwebs to any object easily and dynamically. Some pretty cool stuff. Fabricio notes that “the higher strand counts are not realtime because of the strand sampling density and geometry queries needed to make it look good.”
