AAA studio has released FurryBall 3.0 which adds Global Illumination options, Area Lights and Realistic Reflections to the realtime GPU renderer integrated in Maya. You are free to try out a trail versions of FurryBall for Mac and Windows. Upgrades to FurryBall 3 from version 2 looks to be about $599 Eur.
