Often times I feel as if a number of the simplest things are shockingly absent from the great Adobe After Effects, one of them is the ability to create an array from objects or layers easily. It is to this end, Zhiqiang Li has created Array for After Effects, which will allow you to create arrays easily and also change basic proprieties for them, such as scale, position, rotation, and anchor point.
Array makes things much easier for you when you need to duplicate layers a lot of times or change the basic properties of selected layers
All you do is simply type in how many copies you would like to create, and how you want to offset those copies. Array also has the ability to not generate copies and simply offset the properties of any selected layers.
