Modeling-and-Texturing-a-chostbusters-trap-in-cinema-4d

MoGraph Candy’s Dan Conrad shows how to model, texture and render a Ghostbusters trap in Cinema 4D using simple primitives and Extruded NURBS, adding textures to the model using the Lumas and Tile Shader.

This is a beginner to intermediate modeling tutorial and builds upon tools and techniques used in other tutorials. The Ghostbuster’s Ghost Trap is not a very complex model. No surprise it’s mainly made up of cubes and a couple tubes

Dan also sets up a cord for the trap in the end using Cinema 4D’s Spline Dynamics creating the cable, and having interact with other elements in the scene. Check out the tutorial for creating, texturing and rendering a ghostbusters trap in Cinema 4D over at MographCandy here.
