The C4DZone posts another modeling tool for Cinema 4D, this time adding the Loop Eraser, which will delete entire edge loop rings with a single click, taking care of unwanted faces, and vertices in the process.

The Edge Loop Eraser couldn’t be any easier, just select the edge that you want to affect, make a loop selection and click the eraser tool.
There are a couple of caveats in that the adjacent polygon faces to the edge loop must be quads, and the number of faces must be the same for each side of the edge loop, meaning you can’t have 6 polygon faces on the right side of the edge, and 5 to the left side.
