Ukramedia’s Sergei Prokhnevskiy is giving away a free After Effects preset that can help you create bounce and drop animation quickly. The tool makes use of Dan Ebbert’s inertial bounce and bounce back expressions.
If you already have keyframes to a layer in After Effects, you can simply apply the preset to modify the animation, adding bounce or a drop effect.
Sergei walks through downloading and using the preset, and offers some tips for what the expressions are doing by visually showing the effects in the graph editor.
There are quite a few tools out there that can basically do the same thing. Still, if you are looking or a lightweight way to create bounce and other inertial effects, check out the Free Bounce & Drop After Effects Preset over at Ukramedia.com.
