Motion Apprentice shows how you can get both camera and position data out of Blender and into After Effects.
Blender used to have an add-on with it that allows you to export camera and position data to After Effects for a compositing pipeline workflow. While that is no longer part of the Blender bundle, you can still install an add-on that does the trick.
This new tutorial from Motion Apprentice shows how to export your Blender camera and object position information to After Effects for additional compositing, text, and more.
Check out the Python script that can export camera and position details to After Effects, io_export_after_effects.
