Blender does come with a Solidify Modifier, but there isn’t a node in Geometry Nodes explicitly a Solidify. In his latest tutorial, Johnny Matthews shows how to create one in Geometry Nodes that you can reuse whenever you like.

The tutorial dives into making a Solidify that you can use like the existing modifier in “simple” mode and then builds on that with a slightly different approach and add an ‘offset’ slider.
