The Maya Guy Phil Radford posts a look into another Bifrost Compound to easily create effects like combustion and fire. The MG_Ignite compound makes it easy to create fire and flame effects with one top-level node in Bifrost.

The Ignite node has all exposed attributes to create effects. The tutorial also looks at the different ways we can use its combustion and some compelling ways to use it alongside some MPM cloth destruction using vertex color values within Maya.
