Dave Scotland adds another installment to his Nuke in Production series, with a look at the features and techniques of the Nuke Roto tool, with some examples on applying roto data to assets in nuke.

In this session, we’ll take a look at various features and techniques of the “Roto” tool in Nuke

Building a simple sky replacement, Dave uses the Roto tools in nuke demonstrating the workflow for working with rotoscoping masks, and also shows how to animate and refine the animation to the roto splines, and how to improve keyframe data while working.
