Mikey Borup has a look at showing off some of the capabilities of the After Effects Expression Controller demonstrating some of what you can do with it and expressions in After Effects. Mikey also goes on to show how you can build some of the same functionality that you might find in an Ae shape layer – the repeater – into any layer in After Effects.
