RotoMaya Can Create & Export Bezier Masks from Maya To Nuke

If you work in Nuke with assets that came from Autodesk Maya, you might be interested in a new interop-tool, RotoMaya.

Tool for export rough masks from maya to nuke without rendering.

The script will allow you to export rough mask shapes from Maya to Nuke without rendering them. The Python script will allow you to create masks from a series of selections in Maya, converting the selections into a bezier path.

You can then export the new mask path to Nuke and use it in your compositions. The panel in Maya also has the capability to send render region data to Nuke, working with V-Ray, Mental Ray, and RenderMan.

RotoMaya can be found on Nukepedia.
