Watch the Design and Rigging of a 2D Character in Moho

If you have wondered what the Moho Pro (formerly Anime Studio) workflow looks like for creating and animating 2D characters, these two short vids from animator Troy Picou will give you a great overview.

Tony builds a 2D character from scratch (using a reference), showing off some of the drawing tools that are available. Then it is on to rigging, the character for animation. This includes creating bones for the basic movement of the character, some pin-bone refinements, and then moves on to using Moho’s smart bones and bone dials to control things like mouth moment and eye blinks.
