ArtRage 3 studio adds tons of new tool and feature some of which including a Watercolor brush, an auto smoothing Inking Pen for fine line work, Flood Fill, a Selection tool, a Text Tool that allows live editing of text on layers, the special effect Gloop Pen, and more. I have always been impressed with artrage’s interface quality and price, so great!
