i was trying to find if there was any link or site that explained the new utility nodes in the hypershade in maya 2011 with examples,, if u happen to come across any can u pls post the link or mail it,,, that would be of gr8 help…thanks a lot .. 🙂
Anand, the reason Nodes like Angle Between, Choice, Curve Info, Decompose Matrix, Frame Cache and anything else that looks strange in the hypershade utility node list, is that they were always there – they are NOT new! I am unsure how far back they go, but they were hidden – however you can go to the command line in Maya and type createNode AngleBetween; and you will get that node built in maya 2009 and most likely earlier.
