TwinSnakes007 has a great series of videos dealing with creating a two bone IK in Softimage using ICE and in the process he also looks at how to set up Driver-Driven relationships in ICE and how to convert translation into rotation values, as well as a bit about the current limitation when dealing with parenting and the ICE Tree.
