Introduction to V-Motion Quantum Force Realflow Plugin

By December 17, 2011No Comments

V-Motion, Creators of SuperFlow and the newly released Quantum Force Plugins for RealFlow Motion Designers have recently posted an intro tutorial for Quantum Force showing basic scene setup and the Accelerate, Push, Pull and Attract filters in use.

A new set of tools Developed by Ian Clemmer (SuperFlow) and Ole Lemming, the new RealFlow Quantum Force are a suite of plugins and scripts (3ds MAX) aimed at the motion designer. Quantum Force allows you to affect the fluid simulation through force fields that you create with particles or objects. Quantum Force allows precise force field sculpting with or without the use of grid cells that can store the velocities and allow the use of decay. The cells can “remember” the previous velocities, and interpolates between old and incoming new ones. Quantum Force allows you to accelerate, push, pull, attract, heat and filter fluids with other objects and particles.
