In 2nd grade my teacher showed our class ‘The Mysteries of Harris Burdick’, a picture book by Chris Van Allsburg. She instructed us to choose one of the illustrations and tell a story around it. I remember being amazed, and it has stuck with me ever since.
My mom remembered me talking about it, and recently bought it for me. It inspired me just as much as when I first saw it in 1992.
The potential of eBooks is something that fascinates me, this video demonstrates what could be done, even without interactivity.
