Andrew Davis takes a look at simplifying the process of matching cameras in After Effects using the After Effects version of Re:MATCH from RevisionFX.

Re:MATCH for After Effects will allow you to match one view of footage with another, so that it looks as if it were shot with the same camera.

In this tutorial, Andrew Devis demonstrates a relatively new plug-in by RE:Vision Effects called RE:Match and how it can very quickly and accurately deal with the very common problem of non-matching cameras in After Effects

Andrew notes that without AE Re:MATCH, color correction could become be a convoluted process. Re:MATCH comes in two flavors for After Effects, a Pro and a Standard Version, and also is available as a plugin for Premier Pro.
