poseDeformer for Maya 2014

David Johnson posts an updated version of the Pose Space Deformer Maya Plugin originally created by Michael B. Comet, which fixes an issue with Maya 2014, brought on by the introduction for the Node Editor in Maya.

The real problem is that many old mel scripts and plugins rely on an assumption that if an index exists in the array attribute, then it is being used. And this assumption breaks in maya 2013 and 2014
