Layer Groups Brings Photoshop Style Layer Grouping to the After Effects Timeline

By May 14, 2013One Comment

With Alan Eddie’s new offering, you are able to have “Photoshop” style layer groups in the After Effects Timeline, mimicking how photoshop handles layer grouping.

Finally, create Photoshop style groups directly in the timeline

Carrying over the same visual paradigm from Photoshop, Layer Groups in After Effects will allow you to expand and collapse groups in the timeline, hide and show visibility for child layers, and even duplicate entire groups with stacking and parenting in tact.

As one of the most requested features in After Effects, Layer Groups comes ahead of the recently in beta GM FoldLayers, from Goodmotion which did something similar. AE Scripts Special Intro Promotion has Layer Groups for After Effects for 25% off until June 13, 2013.
