Recently we have seen some advanced looks at the upcoming capabilities of the newest versions for Shapeshifter and FreeForm Pro from Mettle, and more recently Mettle has released both of those products for windows platforms.
Version 1.5 of FreeForm Pro and ShapeShifter AE is a free update available to our registered customers
We have seen the extensive use of fog a mist in FreeForm Pro 1.5, and ShapeShifter adds the ability to use Fresnel for creating water, glass or shiny materials, as well as some nice displacement map features in Displacement Map Channels and Noise, while also adding true 3D blending modes built in.
