BatchFrame’s Move Anchor Point 3 For After Effects

You may have missed a while ago, that BatchFrame pushed out a new version for its after effects anchor point placement tool. Move Anchor Point 3 adds some new modes, the ability to match selections, and new Z-Space presets that will allow you to use the tool in Ae’s 3D space.

Completely rebuilt from the ground up

The Move Anchor Point Tool allays allowed you to move an actor point in After Effects without moving the layer. Move Anchor Point 3 becomes much more flexible with a host of new features — Rebuilt from the ground up to give you complete control over actors in Ae.

The previous version of Move Anchor Point allowed for predefined positions. The update adds to that functionality with a new Match feature. Match will let you quickly and easily match the selection of layers to the anchor point of another layer in the After Effects timeline.

The Script’s update introduces new ways to work with multiple selections or groups. Move Anchor Point 3’s Modes feature, will allow you to move the anchors on individual layers, or as part of a section group, based on the dimensions of the composition. You can even match the anchor point of a group of layers to the anchor point of another layer.

New To Move Anchor Point 3

  • New Modes – Object, Selection and Composition to give more control over how Anchor Points are moved
  • Match – Quickly match a selection of layers to the anchor point of another
  • Z-Space Presets – Work in 3D space
  • Improved Custom Move Options: Choose between pixel or percentage values and move anchor points anywhere
