If you work in Cinema 4D, you probably have heard of Nitro4D’s NitroBlast, and his many other, useful plugins. Recently Nitro4D has released a new NitroBlast, rewriting it from the ground up to be a faster and more effective tool.

NitroBlast 2 keeps the same interface as the previous version, but adds some great new features that will affect the quality of your fractured and destruction simulations in C4D. The goal was to make NitroBlast 2 faster, bigger, and more powerful, giving you better results than NitroBlast 1.

NitroBlast 2 Details

The interface hasn’t changed much, keeping NitroBlast easy and simple to use. In fact, AutoBreak will give you a complete and automatic impact-based fracture for any object. AutoBreak handles pretty much everything – all you have to do is run the simulation.

DeepBreak, allows you to incrementally break an object in Cinema 4D. This will let you break an object initially, and then have the pieces break again, and then have those smaller pieces break yet again. DeepBreak allows you to set the amount of break levels to run through, going you a much more realistic destruction when the pieces collide.

NitroBlast 2 has a NoiseBreak feature which offers more realistic edges to the fractured pieces, adding a more natural look by using random and meandering lines.
