KraftyFx Inc. shows off some of the new features in Kbar 2 for After Effects.

There is no doubt of Kbar’s usefulness in After Effects. The Ae add-on lets you build customized toolbars with a slick and easy user interface. A couple of new vids from the makers, KraftyFx Inc. show off some of the new features that are in store for Kbar 2 – and it looks really amazing so far.

The tutorial runs through how you can have multiple panels and toolbars showing at the same time. Also noted is how you can apply key commands to combine some buttons to save space. You can have one button perform two different functions by holding down a key.

No indication of a release date yet, but from the video, it seems like it might be soon – stay tuned!
