Two Ways to Create a Noisy Sphere in Houdini

Quentin Lengele shows how to use VOPs and a Wrangle to create a noisy sphere.

You may have noticed these intricately detailed spheres that look pretty cool the last time you were poking around the internet. Quentin Lengele has, and to explain how to create one, Lengele has created a short tutorial on the subject.

The tutorial covers two ways to create a noisy sphere. One method uses VOPs while the other uses Wrangle and some VEX code. Quentin Lengele is a software engineer based in Belgium with a penchant for Particles, GPU and CG technologies.
Lengele makes the Wrangle code available here.
