Working With After Effects Native ACES colorspace

SilverwingVFX explores color management and the new native ACES colorspaces in Adobe After Effects.

It took a while—a long, long time. However, Adobe After Effects finally got ACES natively. ACES in Ae means a much simpler setup and workflow for managing color, which everyone in the industry uses, and that’s OpenColorIO and ACES colorspace and color management.

This new tutorial from SilverwingfVFX (Raphael Rau) covers working with ACES from Octane in Cinema 4D and then the settings in After Effects. Rau also adds a theoretical section and how to export ACES out of Octane C4D.
