In the last little while, we’ve seen Inside the Mind (Stormz) cover rigid body dynamics solvers and constraints. His latest tutorial shows how to create a custom RBD Constraint system in Side FX Houdini.

“Sometimes it is necessary to make RBD constraints from scratch,” Stormz says. This tutorial examines how we can do that in Houdini 19.5 using Voronoi fractures and simulating with the bullet solver.
